we're in london...going to go on the london eye today..and imax later tonight. apart from that not 100% sure what else we're going to see today...will try for parliament (big ben), westminister abbey...

Tonight was interesting...Got woken a little after 1 by fire alarm..Left room after everyone else seemed to be moving, got down 2 floors in stairwell when someone comes back up talking french. She didnt want to talk english until brid made it clear we couldn't understand...Which sucks cause we're in a youth hostel..The whole international thing. Anyway..She told us that reception said we didn't need to go down (in very good english) seems that they learn english so they can talk it when they feel like it..(that was our conclusion at least. When back in our room..ppl next door started talking...and didn't shut up till i knocked on their door and even then it was a while before they did. Enough ranting..Good night

I dont like creil. We were hoping for it to be a nice little town (which it was) we could stay in...but the women at hostel were very french. One was all nice till i spoke english..and the other was too lazy to show us a room so said they were full, so we left. We're now in paris and staying a nice hostel on the sixth floor. It seems to be in a nice area and has a kitchen (yay, finally we can cook and have real food) and is close to everything.

Vienna was best yha, we had our own shower toilet and sink. In france atm, is nice, weather isn't the best though...we got rained on yesterday. Stayed last night in Metz, was a weird kind, seemed to have students there too. Heading to creil 2day...going to do day trips from there to paris. Paul and his friends are there atm, so will meet up with them at some stage. From there, not sure. Considering Belgium, but most likely to be the UK.

finally back to some normallness, spent a day and a half in bed sick the 2 days before NYE.
The fireworks here were rather crazy...everyone can buy them. we were going to get some, but the shops were all shut on new years eve so we couldnt unfortunately, but everyone else had more than enough. They started at around 9pm and went till about 1am. were still some random ones going off after that as well.

havent had a chance till now to do many, but we're here for a few days and should be able to upload more over the next few days...

bah! tried using the proper spelling of wuerberg (is meant to have an umlaut above the u) but it cut my last story all to bits!!! might write some more tomorrow...or edit it and fix it up..
also the z and y are swapped around...kinda annozing (cause u do things like that) all the symbols are in the wrong spots too..which kinda makes touch typing a lil slower.....
next time ill ask bridget...cause she said she doesnt know where the keys are and shes more entertaining.......
